To strengthen our Advisory Center in Knokke, we are looking for a driven Commercial Assistant (parttime) to join our expert and dynamic team.
Located in a prestigious office setting, our Advisory Center serves an affluent clientele with significant growth potential. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth ambition while building long-term, trusted client relationships.
Your role
You are responsible for delivering a professional client welcome and ensuring high-quality client management (administrative support and KYC risk management). In addition, you provide proactive commercial support to the team of Private Bankers.
Your key responsibilities:
* Deliver a premium client experience: Create a warm, professional welcome and build lasting relationships based on trust and excellence.
* Ensure flawless execution: Manage administrative follow-up related to with precision and maintain high standards of compliance and accuracy.
* Provide an excellent client management: Ensure first-line commercial follow-up with clients (onboarding new clients, supporting online banking issues, resolving client queries, etc.); proactively contact clients and contribute to building long-term relationships in support of the team.
* Promote Deutsche Bank's offering: Represent our strategy, values, products, and services with conviction and enthusiasm.
* Stay ahead of market developments: Stay up to date with developments in the banking sector and continuously build your knowledge of our products and services.
Skills
* Highly client-oriented and consistently willing to go the extra mile to ensure an excellent client experience. Comfortable interacting with clients (face-to-face, by phone and in writing) and have a strong commercial mindset.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, able to work independently and switch easily between tasks.
* Team player with a proactive, flexible and positive mindset.
* Attention to detail, work accurately with respect procedures and guidelines.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; with experience in sales support or administration; Excellent command of Dutch and a good level of English.
