Are you passionate about managing a medical brand, working cross functional, and executing the brand strategy? Do you have experience with project management with background in Healthcare?
We have an exciting opportunity as Brand Manager for the category Adult Oral.
As Brand Manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of marketing activities within the Adult Oral & Disease Specific category in the Benelux. You support the strategic direction set by the Senior Strategy Manager and translate it into concrete plans and actions. You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve brand objectives. You will report the results and progress to the Senior Strategy Manager.
In your role as Brand Manager Adult Oral, being part of a Benelux team, your key responsibilities are:
* Execute marketing plans and campaigns based on strategic guidelines.
* Coordinate local activations, including digital campaigns (MCE), events, and materials for professionals.
* Monitor market developments and competition, and translate insights into executional improvements.
* Support product launches and innovation projects.
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, finance, etc.) for an integrated approach.
Strong project management skills and a hands-on mentality
Experience with digital marketing and MCE is a plus
Strong communication skills, visually skilled, and able to convey complex information clearly
Proactive, results-driven, and a strong team player
Fluent in English, and ideally Dutch and French as well
