📌MISSIONS:

The Logistics Manager is responsible for:

* Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimize supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and improve delivery performance

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including factories, and customer service

* Oversee the selection and management of third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation and warehousing services and operational flows

* Monitor and analyze logistics metrics and KPIs, such as delivery time and service level, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

* Analyze and forecast the logistics cost and required budget in detail

* Manage inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and warehouse organization, to minimize stockouts and overstock situations

* Processing and planning of co-packing activities and stock management and budget

* The customers Logistics' claims management.

🔎QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum level of education and professional experience needed:

* Degree in Logistic Management (or equivalent)

* Minimal 4 or 5 years of relevant international professional experience within complex organizations (preferably FMCG).

* Specific knowledge (foreign languages, software, technical skills):

* Fluent in English, French and NL is an important plus

* Strong experience as project manager

* String planning & organizing skills

* Good leadership skills

* Strong analytical insights

* Strong negotiating skills

* Supply chain management

* Stock management

* Claim management

* Financial knowhow

* Order and invoicing processes

* Knowledge of the local market: customers/retailers, wholesalers, distributors, competitors and logistic service providers

* IT knowledge on ERP/SAP, reporting tools and Office tools.
