In this role, you will help our Field Sales team achieve excellent in-store execution while ensuring the effective use of field systems, tools, and data. You will combine operational support with digital enablement, helping teams work smarter and deliver stronger results in the market.

Your Responsibilities

As our Field Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the daily success of the Field Sales team.
* Support the Field Sales team in their day-to-day activities, helping them work efficiently and focus on delivering excellent results in-store.
* Support the Field Manager in preparing and executing the Field Meetings, ensuring smooth organization and follow-up.
* Act as the first point of contact between the field organization and the central SEED and analytics teams.

* Fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an asset.
* A strong attention to detail and a structured way of working, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A customer-oriented mindset, with a natural focus on finding solutions and providing high-quality support.
* Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools.
