Job Title: Import and Export Analyst- Cotia São Paulo
City: São Paulo, Brasil

As Import and Export Analyst you will be responsible to Process Management. In accordance with Customs Legislation, this Analyst takes ownership of the correct process and documents to handling orders from origins to destinations, for differents products, temperatures and some fiscal differents aspects, as Dangerous products, NCMs, and documents as origin certificate, etc. Key contact with our Customs Brokers at port and airport. Controls the orders with the data to guarantee that we are following the delivered date requested, informing (in advance) the stakeholders when the dates will not be attended.

Your key responsibilities

* Process Management
* Track OTIF KPI Monthly Basis
* Monitor on open orders, by delivery date
* Support and control budget process
* Guarantee that the customers will receive the orders on the date
* Resposible for performance on the process of the PO received

You Bring

* Experience in Foreign Trade (Comex)
* Knowledge in Advanced English
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
* Knowledge of International Logistics across all transportation mode
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade / International Business or related fields.
