Project Manager - Sumare, Brasil

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.

As a Project Manager, you'll help us manage analytics insights projects, considering technologies regarding automation and innovation.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in digital technology project management.

The impact you will make in this role
* Agile Expertise and Facilitation: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

* Experience: Solid experience in Python development, automation, or data engineering.
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
* Analytical Skills: Experience with data manipulation and exploratory analysis using SQL, Pandas, or PySpark.
* Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS or Azure tools for data and automation workflows.
* Communication: Ability to collaborate across teams and translate technical insights into business value.
* Mindset: Proactive problem solver, self-driven learner, and curious about Data Science and AI.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Experience with Databricks, GitHub, or Machine Learning model deployment.
* Familiarity with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or GenAI frameworks.
* Understanding of data visualization or UI/UX design principles.

* Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the Sumare, Brasil Offices.
