Job Title: Account Manager

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the account strategy and plan in alignment with the overall sales strategy, as well as corporate requirements and guidelines, to ensure the achievement of planned business results and long-term customer relationship objectives.

Your key responsibilities
* Develop, coordinate, and execute specific account strategies and action plans to achieve agreed sales targets and strengthen overall customer relationships, both in the short and long term.
* Define and implement a strategic account plan, translating objectives into financial targets and profitability goals, assuming full accountability for top-line results.
* Contribute to the development of the overall sales plan, providing both strategic direction and tactical execution.
* Monitor and coordinate the execution of account plans, track performance through defined KPIs, and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
* Build and sustain strong multi-level relationships within assigned accounts by engaging directly and positioning key stakeholders appropriately to accelerate business development and overcome barriers.
* Identify long-term business opportunities within the accounts and incorporate them into the account strategy and growth plans.
* Define and lead key projects focused on priority products, processes, and innovation initiatives, establishing clear project management structures (PMP) and accountabilities.
* Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market trends, and business strategies, integrating competitive insights into account and sales plans.
* Lead contract negotiations with assigned accounts and ensure the successful closure of commercial agreements.
* Coordinate technical and after-sales service activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the complaint management process and ensure timely and effective resolution in alignment with agreed service levels.
* Monitor customer payment behavior and take proactive actions to secure payments within agreed terms.
You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, or a related business field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
* Solid knowledge and experience within the discipline, including in-depth understanding of customers, products, and applications.
* Cross-functional knowledge in relevant disciplines, demonstrating a strong balance between commercial acumen and technical expertise.
* Well-developed managerial and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
