What you do:
* Offer, sell, and provide consultations to the bank's clients regarding the full range of banking products for individuals.
* Provide comprehensive banking services to individual clients.
* Substitute the Cashier during leave or sick days.
* Be familiar with the bank's main competitors in the retail banking market.
* Identify clients' needs and offer the most suitable products and services.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients.
* Attract new clients.
* Ensure timely reminders and collection of debts from clients.
* Take targeted actions to retain the bank's clients.

What you bring :
* Higher education (a degree in Economics is an advantage).
* A minimum of two years of experience in the banking sector is a significant advantage.
* Willingness to handle cash operations and substitute the Cashier when needed.
* Proficiency in English is an advantage.
* Computer literacy.
* Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, composure, and adherence to confidentiality.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Ability to use AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
