Property Claims Specialist

What you do:
* Process non-motor insurance claims from registration to settlement
* Communicate directly with clients about their property claims
* Update claim status in company systems and maintain accurate records
* Conduct damage inspections independently or with experts
* Prepare assessment reports and calculate claim amounts
* Draft correspondence requesting additional documentation when needed
* Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures
* Generate claim reports and analyses

What you bring:
* University degree
* Computer proficiency and system knowledge, including understanding of AI technologies, such as Chat GPT
* Proficiency in English
* Understanding of insurance legislation
* Previous claims handling experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
* Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach
