Purpose of the Role
The Strategic Customer Success Executive (Strategic CSE) is an expert extension of the Customer Success Executive role, created to ensure regional growth is not only sales-led but also success- and value-led.
This role provides direct focus on the region's most critical accounts (2-3 maximum), while amplifying impact across the entire customer base through GTM strategy, enablement, and product alignment. The Strategic CSE bridges the gap between regional leadership and Product, ensuring customer needs and market dynamics are translated into roadmap priorities, unified CXOP platform positioning, and the successful transition to new pricing models.
By combining hands-on client management with strategic regional leadership, the Strategic CSE:
· Ensures sustained customer adoption and advocacy at top accounts.
· Drives the CXOP platform mindset shift across teams and customers.
· Strengthens collaboration between Product and regional leadership for faster alignment and execution.
· Enables AEs, CGEs, CSEs, SEs, and marketing to position and deliver the platform effectively.
· Facilitates cross-regional knowledge sharing to spread best practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Accounts - Manage 2-3 of the region's top clients, driving adoption, long-term value, and advocacy.
2. Regional Strategy - Shape and influence the GTM approach in collaboration with Sales Directors, Squad Leaders, and Customer Success leadership, supporting the transition to CXOP and new pricing models.
3. Product Alignment - Act as the regional voice into Product, ensuring customer feedback and market insights influence roadmap priorities and value proposition design.
4. Enablement & Training - Build capability of AEs, CGEs, CSEs, SEs, and regional marketing teams to position, sell, and deliver CXOP effectively.
5. Strategic Insights - Identify risks, opportunities, and market trends, providing actionable input to Sales Directors, VP Revenue, and Customer Success Chapter Leaders.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Squad Leaders to ensure coherent execution.
7. Knowledge Sharing - Collect structured feedback from customers and markets; share best practices across regions, including planned exchanges with other Strategic CSEs.
