Your 'day to day'
* Lead product planning processes for the Cypriot market across NPLs, accessories and consumables, ensuring close collaboration with the Supply Chain and Finance teams.
* Assist in the design of the Product Portfolio Strategy and take ownership of its implementation, managing both product planning and communication development for commercialization activities.
* Localize global brand communication toolboxes and develop local brand assets when global materials are unavailable. Ensure all content is optimized for user experience across all touchpoints, including both online and offline environments.
* Liaise regularly with the Operations Center to update and localize global toolboxes and share best practices from local initiatives.
* Manage and coordinate relationships with agencies for the development of RRP content and assets, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Digital, Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal) to design, develop and deploy monthly commercial initiatives, ensuring effective alignment, smooth execution, and consistent project updates.
* Handle monthly budget monitoring and input to finance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial processes.

Who we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing; product marketing experience will be considered an advantage.
* Bachelors' degree in Marketing/Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
* Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the agility to operate effectively in a complex environment with tight deadlines.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, creativity, and a "fight-through" approach to challenges.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
* MS Office advanced capabilities & good understanding in online tools.
