As part of Amadeus Hospitality, the main objective of the Media division is to drive demand and boost client market shares by advertising their products in all the possible mediums and channels (web searches, web, social, GDS, mobile). Summary of the role:

As an Agile Project Manager within the Media division, you will lead cross-functional backlog of initiatives to deliver business-critical features using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement. Your role bridges business and technology, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of agility and collaboration.

In this role your responsibility will be:
* Leadership
* Take initiative and lead without requiring detailed direction.
* Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to ensure project success while maintaining positive relationships with team members and clients.
* Educate the organization on opportunities for improvement.
* Program & Project Management
* Manage a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
* Track progress with R&D team leaders, adjusting plans as needed to keep projects on track.
* Address business concerns promptly and communicate schedule or budget variances effectively.
* Develop efficient plans for resource allocation and project execution.
* Lead long-term planning to ensure necessary skills are available for future projects.
* Process and Delivery
* Lead quarterly planning and deliver resource-balanced plans for prioritized business initiatives.
* Ensure all phases of each initiative have target dates once plans are approved.
* Regularly review and improve Agile practices and suggest enhancements to the end-to-end delivery process.
* Focus and Communication
* Bring focus to projects, tasks, and issues, sharing information succinctly and clearly.
* Set and manage measurable organizational goals related to delivery.
* Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring clarity and preventing misinformation.
* Produce clear meeting minutes with actionable follow-ups and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and decisions.
* Budget Management
* Take ownership of the Media budget, proactively report anomalies, and track actual versus estimated spending by initiative
* Business Awareness
* Understand the Media business, goals, and strategies, and use this knowledge to guide decision-making.
* Be aware of the scope and functionality of each initiative and explain its relevance to business success.

About the ideal candidate:
* Experience
* 5 years+ of experience in Project Management in an Agile environment
* Project Management experience handling > 10M $ projects
* Scaling Agile with at least 7 agile teams
* Experience in one or many scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum of Scrum, SAFE, …)
* Technical skills
* BI tool to extract and build KPIs (PowerBI, Tableau, …)
* Proficiency with Excel
* Mastering at least one of the agile backlog management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Rally, …)
* Experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project)
* Good understanding of software development and IT infrastructure
* Soft skills
* Excellent communication skills (clear, concise, active listener)
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Ability to drive organizational/process changes
