This position is a strategic Supply Chain Planner role responsible for developing and optimizing long-term supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency. The role focuses on analyzing capacity constraints, supporting production location decisions, and coordinating key initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and network redesigns. By monitoring sales and operations planning performance metrics and cost-to-serve data, the position drives data-based decision-making and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing. It's a high-impact role that blends analytics, strategy, and execution to ensure an agile, efficient, and scalable supply chain.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies and network optimization plans aligned with business goals.
* Analyze capacity constraints and support production location decisions.
* Support execution of new programs, product launches, and promotional initiatives through forecasting and coordination.
* Monitor key sales and operations planning (S&OP) metrics and cost-to-serve performance indicators.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve supply chain efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2 or more years of relevant demand or supply planning experience
* Fluent English is a must
* Fluent in Portuguese is a nice to have
* Communication and Influence: Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts.
* External interactions are less complex or problem solving in nature.
* SAP PR1 (& SAP APO) Experience
