This is an entry-level Talent Acquisition opportunity. Previous recruiting experience is not required. We welcome candidates with experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, scheduling, or other fast-paced corporate environments who are interested in starting a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

* Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Partners with interview coordination, administrative tasks, and recruitment operations.
* Set up interviews, coordinate and perform the pre-employment checks.
* Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics.
* Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements

* 1+ years of professional experience
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* Organized and time management skills
* Strong customer focus
* English language proficiency (B2+ level)
* French language proficiency
* Spanish language proficiency
* Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs, SLAs, or customer-facing operations is considered an asset.
