Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier's sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E's, for our subsidiary in Dubai. Description of the mission: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (Distribution agreement, Master Service Agreement, assignment agreement, partnership, grant and donation, NDA, IT, contracts with healthcare professionals). Draft and review other legal documents. * Coordinate all supplier projects through the different stages of their life cycle. * Review, maintain and distribute procedures and policies relating to the legal and compliance in the Middle East region, in particular contracts/processes external commitment. * To ensure that the provisions of the applicable laws including anti-bribery, the protection of personal data, the competition laws, the code of practice and all other legal requirements relevant, are respected. * Support with the audit Servier Middle Ease activities (against checklists predefined) to ensure that all compliance requirements are respected. * Contract Management, updating current contracts list and archiving activities. * Maintain and ensure the electronic and / or wet signature process of contracts * Contract drafting and review, and review and updating internal templates documents. * Answering legal inquiries and providing functional training to employees across all departments on procedures and policies, providing continued support. * TPCDD/Antibribery policies review and assessment working with the finance department. * To review Policies and SOP with the compliance department. * To support with the disclosure implementation and declaration * To support in managing external law firm including review and managing the payment cycle of their invoices * To support the corporate secretarial work of entities in Middle East region * To support in managing legal disputes

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Educational background: Law degree Specialization: Master in Law or Compliance Field of study: Law and Compliance Languages: English, Arabic (optional) Experience required: 2 years Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Tools
