Responsible for commercial, legal, and contractual management of assigned execution projects and consortium agreements.
* Provide advice on commercial and legal matters relating to contracts and the legal framework
* Support local and main office procurement, in particular alignment with relevant procurement laws
* Ensure the administration of the client contracts and the consortium agreements are carried out in accordance with the contract and with legal obligations
* Take responsibility for change management and claim administration, at all times pursue out of court dispute management and settlement

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Civil law legal education, Slovakia, Hungary a plus
* Educated and proficient contract and claims management
* Experience on site in comparable function in turnkey EPCC for industrial plants, oil and gas
* Good quality drafting of contractual correspondence and claim documents in English and Slovakian, Hungarian a plus
