Purpose of the Role

As Site Quality Lead, you will define and execute the Quality vision and strategy for the Levice site, ensuring that all products released meet the highest standards of quality, safety, compliance, and consumer trust. You will provide strategic leadership for Quality across the site while partnering with senior leaders to deliver business objectives, strengthen compliance, accelerate innovation, and drive continuous improvement.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the site's future by embedding modern Quality practices, leveraging digital technologies, and fostering a culture where Quality excellence is everyone's responsibility. Your leadership will help ensure the site remains inspection-ready, commercially successful, and recognized as a benchmark for Quality performance within Haleon.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact on the site's performance, culture, and future direction.

Quality & Compliance Leadership
* Set and maintain the highest standards of Quality and Compliance across the site, ensuring alignment with Haleon requirements, cGMP, ISO standards, Medical Device Regulation, Cosmetics Regulation, and all applicable regulatory expectations.
* Ensure the site maintains a constant state of inspection readiness for Health Authorities, Notified Bodies, customers, and external auditors.
* Serve as the primary Quality representative for interactions with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.

Transformational Leadership
* Lead the ongoing evolution of the site's Quality organization, creating a modern, agile, and high-performing function prepared to meet future business and regulatory challenges.
* Champion the site's ambition to become a benchmark for Quality excellence through simplification, innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
* Drive a culture that embraces change, learning, accountability, collaboration, and consumer-focused decision making.

People Leadership
* Lead, inspire, and develop a Quality organization of more than 50 professionals.
* Build leadership capability throughout the organization, fostering engagement, inclusion, high performance, and succession planning.
* Create an environment where employees are empowered to innovate, challenge the status quo, and perform at their best.

Quality Systems & Digital Innovation
* Drive the modernization and continuous improvement of site Quality systems.
* Leverage data, analytics, automation, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen compliance, improve efficiency, and support better decision making.
* Ensure Quality systems remain robust, effective, and fit for the future while supporting operational excellence and business growth.

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
* Lead effective investigation, CAPA, and risk management processes to deliver sustainable improvements and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
* Use data and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve site performance.
* Promote a science- and risk-based approach to quality decision making across the organization.

Strategic Projects & Growth Initiatives
* Provide Quality leadership for major capital investments, innovation programs, digital transformation initiatives, and site growth projects.
* Ensure Quality is embedded from project conception through implementation, enabling successful delivery of business objectives.
* Partner with global and regional teams to support the site's expanding manufacturing and R&D capabilities.

Site Leadership
* Partner closely with the Site Director and Leadership Team to create a culture where Safety, Quality, Innovation, and Performance go hand in hand.
* Influence site strategy and decisions as a trusted member of the Leadership Team.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve both operational and strategic objectives.

Business Management
* Own the Quality budget and ensure investments support compliant facilities, systems, technologies, and capabilities.
* Establish and monitor meaningful Quality KPIs, using insights to drive performance and support business decision making.
* Bring external perspectives, emerging trends, and industry best practices into the organization to continuously raise standards.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluent English.
* Significant experience within regulated manufacturing environments, with strong expertise in ISO-based quality systems and deep knowledge of applicable standards and requirements, including ISO 13485, ISO 22716, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role within Operations, Quality, Technical, or a related function, leading leaders and large multifunctional teams in complex manufacturing organizations and driving performance, engagement, and transformational change.
* Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple functions.
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective operational and quality strategies.
* Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
The following would be advantageous:
* Deep knowledge of cGMP, quality risk management, and applicable regulatory and quality frameworks, including ISO standards, HACCP principles, Medical Device Regulations, and Cosmetics Regulations, with the ability to apply sound, risk-based decision-making in a complex manufacturing environment.
* Experience leading business transformation, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives.
* Experience working in highly automated or technologically advanced manufacturing environments.
* Fluent English & Slovak language, written and spoken.

All benefits are governed by the applicable benefits policy and the collective agreement.

EUR 4 112,17 - EUR 5 654,28 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
