International Admissions Advisor

Labasad is a leading Online Design School, located in the center of Barcelona, and we are looking for an International Admissions Advisor to advise our international design students in English. This position is full-time and is a physical position located in Barcelona (with option to work remotely one day/week).
Position:
International Admissions Advisor to manage admissions for the Admissions Department and report to the Head of the Department.
Responsibilities:
- Inform, guide, and advise potential students in order to meet their educational needs.
- Coordinate and manage the different admission processes of potential candidates for each of the programs.
- Follow-up of admission policies and the different management processes established by the school.
- Direct management of the potential candidates who apply for the different programs with a clear orientation to meet the monthly objectives of admitted students.
Profile / Requirements:
- Bilingual or very high level of English is a must. This will be tested in an in-person interview.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a position similar to the one described above.
- Experience working in commercial and sales positions is an asset (it is not essential to have experience in the same sector).
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Good organization and management skills.
- Knowledge of Hubspot preferred.
- Preferably residing in Barcelona or its surroundings.

Schedule: 38 hours per week (option to work remotely 1 days/week).
