Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who fits perfectly in an international fast-moving environment like Danone? Are you self-driven and ready to develop? Then this opportunity could be the perfect next step for an excellent communicator like you!

In this exciting role you will directly support our EMEA VP for Cycles & Procurement.

As Executive Assistant your responsibilities include:
* Efficient calendar and travel management.
* Planning & organization of management meetings, including agenda & overall arrangements.
* Scheduling full team touchpoints and animation of the agenda.
* Support of an effective best practice sharing across teams.
* Supporting key LT members with diary travels.
* Planning & organization of team events.
* Support on administrative tasks and declaring expenses.
* Purchase order management.

For this role:
* Administrative background and relevant experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools is also required.
* You have an excellent command of the English language (ideally French too)
