Overview To serve as the operational lead of the Loyalty program, ensuring the correct setup, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, content, and mechanics across App and Web, guaranteeing quality, compliance, and consistency in the customer experience. Responsibilities Act as the operational Loyalty Program Owner, ensuring full control and comprehensive program oversight. Manage the upload, update, and removal of prizes within the Loyalty platform, ensuring proper configuration and consistency. Configure and manage internal sweepstakes (mechanics, dates, terms, and eligibility criteria). Coordinate and contact winners, managing communication and process closure. Prepare required documentation for contests and sweepstakes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned descriptions for prizes and program mechanics. Manage campaigns and content across App and Web (landing pages, banners, offers, push notifications), ensuring correct implementation and alignment with the activation calendar in coordination with Design and Production teams. Validate the operational feasibility of new activations within the Loyalty environment and ensure proper platform implementation. Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Technology, and Creative teams to ensure smooth and consistent execution. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies within the program. Qualifications 2-4 years in operational roles within CRM, Loyalty, promotions, digital marketing, or digital content management or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Loyalty or CRM platform management Promotion and contest administration App and Web content management User-focused copywriting Loyalty platforms CRM / Marketing Automation tools; App/Web CMS; Microsoft Office Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday) High level of english to be evaluated by Talent Acquisition Team.
