Position Overview

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless implementation of E2E client product management, from the deal and the pricing enablement to account opening and automatic product setup.
It will deliver significant operating leverage into the Cash franchise and accelerate the transformation of the Cash Management business.
* Definition of the streamlined mandate setup for Cash business, as part of the E2E product, deal and pricing strategic with focus on efficiency and automation
* Explore synergies across the business lines to make the designed process fit for purpose for all client segments
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of building blocks for the E2E solution.

Responsibilities

· Product Strategy & Roadmap: Support the definition of the product vision and develop a roadmap for E2E product enablement, with a focus on Account Opening, Product Enablement and workflow automation ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and the broader CCM transformation.
· Client Focus: Identify opportunities for client self-service to improve satisfaction, accelerate onboarding and transactions as well as reduce effort on the DB side, while coordinating across initiatives to ensure a unified client experience.
· Commercial Focus: Translate business line strategies into consistent E2E management rules and requirements, focusing on account opening and setup workflow, partnering with Sales, Relationship Management, and Implementations to roll out building blocks and migrate existing clients according to agreed timelines.
· Stakeholder Management: Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business to secure buy-in and act as a central point of contact for various business lines representing different client segments.
· Delivery & Governance: Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely releases and quality outcomes, and monitor KPIs such as client rollouts, migration speed, client satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Skills
* Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives in financial services, including automation, legacy decommissioning, and client migration.
* Strong commercial mindset with the capability to translate technical solutions into clear business value while navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in cash management.
* Experience managing vendor relationships, mitigating delivery risks, and driving outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Solid knowledge of corporate payments, onboarding processes, and CCM platforms, with a strategic mindset that balances short-term needs and long-term vision.
