Functional CRM Consultant

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in our office in Barcelona and 2 days working from home.

We are looking for a Functional CRM Consultant to join our growing team in Barcelona.

This is a client-facing role where you will combine consulting expertise, leadership, and project management to deliver high-quality CRM implementations across a variety of industries.

If you enjoy ownership, working directly with clients, and leading CRM projects from start to finish, this role offers the perfect balance of strategy and hands-on delivery.

Your Mission:

You will lead the end-to-end CRM implementation lifecycle for new clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget-while maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted CRM advisor for external clients, leading workshops and translating business needs into effective CRM solutions
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Lead CRM implementation and evolutionary projects end to end, from planning to successful closure
* Gather and document requirements, create project plans, and coordinate tasks across internal teams and external partners
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and present clear updates to stakeholders
* Configure CRM solutions, design dashboards and reports, and ensure functional quality through testing and validation
* Maintain project and client documentation and provide post-implementation functional support

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in functional CRM consulting and client-facing project management
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business processes
* Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
* Solid requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Clear communicator with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with Project Office or task management tools
