Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Lead medium-complexity IT projects from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Direct external project teams, maintaining control over progress, quality, and budget.
* Facilitate all project meetings and manage records of actions, decisions, risks, and escalations.
* Oversee smooth transitions to operations and coordinate all release-related activities.
* Monitor execution, manage scope, and ensure effective governance and risk control.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and project management standards.
* Collaborate across teams and suppliers to drive successful project outcomes.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional project teams.
* Strong background in managing project budgets and financial planning.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
* Expertise in project risk management and mitigation strategies.
* Skilled in change management and decision-making under pressure.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working in a global pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
