What will you do?
Principales responsabilidades
Estrategia y liderazgo
* Definir y ejecutar la estrategia corporativa de datos alineada con el negocio.
* Liderar la Oficina del Dato como motor transformación organizativa.
*Actuar como referente transversal del dato en toda la organización.
* Gestionar el cambio derivado del nuevo modelo.
Gobierno del dato
* Diseñar y desplegar el modelo corporativo de Data Governance.
* Definir roles y responsabilidades, como Data Owners y Data Stewards.
* Establecer políticas, estándares y procedimientos comunes.
* Implantar glosario corporativo, estándares de calidad y certificación de datos.
Calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento
* Asegurar la calidad, coherencia y trazabilidad del dato.
* Garantizar cumplimiento normativo en protección y uso de la información.
* Coordinar controles de acceso y uso del dato con Legal y Seguridad.
Cultura y democratización del dato
* Facilitar el acceso al dato de forma segura y controlada.
* Impulsar la adopción del uso de datos en las áreas de negocio.
* Diseñar iniciativas de formación y concienciación.
Coordinación y reporting
* Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares de negocio, IT, legal y seguridad.
* Identificar y acompañar en las iniciativas de alto impacto en datos.
* Reportar avances, riesgos y decisiones al Comité de Proyectos esponsorizado por Dirección General.
Requisitos
Experiencia y conocimientos
* Más de 5 años de experiencia en entornos de datos o analítica.
* Experiencia participando en iniciativas de Data Governance o modelos similares.
* Conocimiento sólido de arquitecturas de datos, calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento.
* Experiencia en entornos complejos, transversales y con múltiples áreas de negocio.

* Capacidad de influencia y comunicación con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
