Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Operations Lead

About the Job
* Main accountabilities
* Accountable for value creation, business continuity and execution of the digital portfolio in M&S site
* Responsible for all Digital services delivered to the site including digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers), global and local Digital application support (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS, AI/GenAI), Compliance and Cybersecurity
* Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all Digital services delivered to the site
* Work closely with Business area senior leaders across different digital M&S product lines, Digital Tech, Services and Experts to identify customer needs, prioritize features and develop program vision and roadmap
* Participate in budget cycle and Strategic Plan/LRP for the site

About you

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required
* M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or similar areas preferred
* Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with high degree of empathy
* Expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and growing collaborative partnerships
* Excellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purpose
* Ability to distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations
* Demonstrated experience as a leader with ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent
* Ability to lead in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple priorities
* Strategic thinker with track record of delivering results and exceeding goals
