Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Campaigns & Prospecting) to join our Marketing team during a key growth and transition phase.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for launching campaigns, activating outbound initiatives, and ensuring consistent marketing execution across multiple channels.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to bring marketing initiatives to life, contributing directly to lead generation and pipeline development in a highly technical B2B environment.

You will also play a key role in managing and optimizing website content, ensuring alignment with our SEO and GEO strategies to attract qualified traffic and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsabilities:
* Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, landing pages, retargeting).
* Execute outbound prospecting initiatives using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, and outreach campaigns.
* Adapt and repurpose existing content for campaigns and outreach.
* Create and update landing pages and website content aligned with SEO and GEO strategy.
* Optimize website performance focusing on conversion and lead quality.
* Support execution of webinars and events (promotion, invitations, follow-ups).
* Manage campaigns in HubSpot (emails, workflows, forms).
* Track performance and suggest improvements.
* Use AI tools and agents to generate content, support campaigns, and enhance prospecting efficiency.

What You Need To Succeed:
* +5 years in digital marketing - proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns and outbound prospecting initiatives.
* B2B SaaS experience is a must; renewable energy sector is a plus.
* High level of English - Comfortable working with international teams and clients
* Hands-on with marketing tools & AI - HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Anthropic, ...)
* Strong performance mindset - Solid understanding of SEO/GEO, and campaign optimization
* Basic understanding of funnels and lead generation.
* Strong execution & communication skills - Copywriting and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
