Within the Marketing & Communication Department, and under the supervision of the PR Coordinator, the PR Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of the press and public relations area, ensuring rigorous sample management, efficient follow-up of requests, and the smooth functioning of the sample stock and PR activities.

Responsibilities

Press Sample Stock Management:

* Supervision and management of press sample traffic (women's, men's, bags and
footwear collections).

* Conducting seasonal press sample inventory and coordinating returns to the warehouse
at the end of each season.

* Presentation and maintenance of the internal press stock (organization, collection
classification, referencing, visual merchandising, archiving and implementation of new
collections).

Press & Talent Request Management:

* End-to-end management of sample requests: preparation, shipments, return follow-up,
and coordination with internal teams and external contacts.

* Direct contact with stylists and external agencies regarding sample requests.

* Follow-up on specific requests via email (credits, asset sharing…).

* Support during celebrity and public figure fittings.

Seeding & Logistics:

* Management of seeding shipments and stock release requests through warehouse
software.

* Tracking shipments through to confirmed delivery.

* Coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient logistical execution.

* Support in identifying and researching talents and VIP profiles aligned with the
brand's DNA, contributing to the growth and consolidation of HEREU's ecosystem of
personalities.

Monitoring & Reporting:

* Rigorous monitoring of send-outs, media placements and press clippings.

* Updating media and talent databases.

* Support in the preparation of PR reports, presentations and newsletters.

Support on PR & Collaborative Events:

* Assistance in the organization of PR events (invitation sending, guest list building,
mailings).

* Operational support during brand activations, events and internal content projects (still
life shootings, campaigns, etc.).

Benchmark & Research:

* Ongoing research and benchmarking across fashion press, influencers and emerging
relevant profiles.

Perfil

* Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.

* Initial experience in PR, press showroom and sample management, ideally within fashion or creative industries.

* Interest in and sensitivity to the contemporary cultural landscape.

* Organized, detail-oriented and proactive profile, comfortable working in dynamic environments.

* Strong command of English (written and spoken).

* Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, Excel , Adobe package and media monitoring tools)
