Job TitleAVC Customer Support Associate

In this role you'll:

*

Maintain the high level of verbal and written customer support required by our customers

*

Ensure high first contact resolution rate and fast problem-solving

*

Ensure deep and comprehensive diagnosis and escalate issues with all relevant information to further resolution groups by keeping the ownership, following up, updating and reporting to customer until the case is closed

*

Accomplish CS KPIs, set and agreed for the department

*

Work in various systems and interfaces (Merchant Products, integration with Central (COMPANY NAME) Solutions, different inventory systems of hotels providers and carriers)

About the ideal candidate:

*

A bachelor's degree holder

*

1+ year of experience in customer support role and/or hospitality industry

*

Fluent verbal and written Spanish, French and English

*

Multi-tasking, ability to support different systems and solutions

*

Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivery of the expected result

*

Availability to work in shifts (daytime) + weekend, bank holidays
