At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Executive for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving new business growth and expanding Factorial's presence in Italy, you'll be in charge of managing the full sales cycle, building strategic relationships, and helping companies transform the way they manage their people and operations.

What you'll do 📝

* Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery to negotiation and closing.
* Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across different departments.
* Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
* Develop account strategies and action plans to generate and close new business opportunities.
* Lead commercial conversations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
* Apply consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through complex buying processes.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
* Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to maximize conversion.
* Identify market opportunities and contribute to Factorial's growth strategy in Italy.
* Continuously share insights and ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

What are we looking for? 🎯

* Native or professional Italian and professional English.
* 1+ year of experience in Account Executive, Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing roles.
* Proven ability to manage commercial conversations and close deals.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Consultative sales approach with excellent listening and communication abilities.
* Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales targets.
* Data-driven mindset and focus on achieving results.
* Passion for technology, SaaS, and digital innovation.
* Strong ownership mentality and accountability for performance.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
