* Responsible for leading the Training Records team within Inflight Training Team as well as updating, issuing, and auditing qualification issuance and records in accordance with approved Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company policies.
* This position will require you to work a varying schedule including weekends and holidays.
* This job is a member of the Inflight Training Team within the Customer Experience Division.
What you'll do

* Responsible for leading the training records team and coordinating coverage for all internal training programs
* Oversees qualification issuance for Initial Inlight Attendant Training
* Maintains central repository of historical training records for all training programs
* Ensures team is staffed and scheduled to cover all training programs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Responsible for Known Crewmember (KCM) eligibility reports, monthly
* Responsible for producing training payment/exception report and submitting to finance, monthly
* Support Training Support Desk with inquiries regarding qualification records and enrollments
* Interfaces with APFA, FAA, DOD, IOSA, and IEP teams to provide access to training record information, as requested
* Supports Base Operation and Crew Scheduling teams with inquiries regarding eligibility of Inflight Crew to operate sequences
* Assists with class set-up including auditing web-based training completions and enrollment for all training programs
* Flex to support additional tasks and responsibilities as directed

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
* 1 year experience leading a team of direct reports
* Understanding of Inflight Training Operations
* Advanced knowledge of FOS
* Advanced knowledge of building and utilizing excel based Macros
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
* Self-starter that can work independently to drive for results
* Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail
* Must be able to handle shifting priorities and work independently
* Ability to conduct analysis, problem solve, and effectively deal with ambiguity
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
