Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. The position is an I&T engineer responsible for planning, executing and debriefing daily lab sessions during single-ship or multi-ship F-35A/B/C simulator test events. F-35A/B/C simulator test events include varied pilot training tasks for F-35A/B/C pilots from US DoD services as well as foreign customer military forces. I&T role includes daily work on Agile development teams, system-level requirement decomposition, test procedure authoring, and integration, system test and selloff of software supporting various F-35A/B/C simulator products. Applicants will work closely with customers.

The successful candidate will must be self-motivated as some work is performed without appreciable direction, have the ability to multi-task, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Applicants must be able to work with a diverse team of highly skilled engineers, including junior and senior engineers, customers, and other agencies. Applicants should expect to be assigned varied tasks daily for I&T of F-35A/B/C simulator capabilities.

Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position will require the selected candidate to have or obtain a Secret level U.S. government security clearance once starting with Lockheed Martin, as well as obtain a Special Access Program U.S. government security clearance within a reasonable time after starting the position.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or related degree.

- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
