Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee & Invoice to Cash (Generalist)

Responsibilities:
* Contact customers via phone email or letters regarding overdue payments
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection
* Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
* Update collection systems with call notes promises to pay and payment status
* Identify high-risk accounts and escalate cases when required
* Resolve customer disputes related to billing or payments
* Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly collection targets
* Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and company collection standards
* Coordinate with internal teams (billing sales finance) for issue resolution
