Descripción del puesto:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting Account Officers in the processing, monitoring, and implementation of approved housing loan applications, while ensuring efficient coordination with clients, brokers, and internal units.
Major Responsibilities
* Support housing loan processing by securing complete documents, encoding applications, and assisting in credit approval and loan documentation
* Route and monitor requests for GFSP file maintenance and incentive payouts
* Process broker/agent accreditation and coordinate partner requirements
* Attend to client inquiries, walk-ins, and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service
* Assist in marketing activities, including broker/developer events and presentations
* Provide administrative support such as payment processing and requisitions
Qualifications
* Graduate of any business-related course
* Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship experience is an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* With strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
* Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
* Willing to work on weekends/events when needed
