We are looking for a

Manager, People Insights

to join the Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation (E&T) team at KONE.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape our People Analytics insight capability from the ground up, shifting from reporting to impactful insights that directly influence business decisions and transformation.

You will operate at the intersection of business, data, People & Communications (P&C) and strategy, acting as a thought partner to senior stakeholders and a key driver of insight-led decision-making.

What you'll do

* Lead the translation of business challenges into analytical questions and high-impact insights

* Combine people, financial, and operational data to provide a holistic view for decision-making

* Drive advanced analytics use cases (e.g., attrition, productivity, workforce effectiveness) whilst building and refining analytical frameworks and logic aligned with transformation priorities

* Create compelling data storytelling, visualization, recommendations and executive level communication

* Shape and contribute to the People Analytics roadmap, priorities, and KPIs

* Drive visibility of data quality challenges and their implications and align to to improve data accuracy and usability

* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging and guiding decisions with data

* Build strong partnerships across People & Communications, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation, Strategy & Transformation, Finance, IT and business teams to ensure insights translate into real impact

* Play a key role in establishing ways of working, governance, and best practices in People Analytics, which is an team to be established to take part in

What we're looking for

* Strong experience as a business-focused data/insights analyst or consultant (not a purely technical data scientist)

* Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that influenced business decisions with solid business acumen

* Solid analytical toolkit (e.g., Excel, Power BI or similar) and ability to work with structured data and derive insights (basic SQL knowledge is a plus, not the focus)

* Curiosity about insights and an ability to connect and synthesize multiple data domains (people, financial, operational)

* Strong expertise in data storytelling, visualization, and stakeholder communication

* Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating a complex, global environment

* Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar

* Experience in HR / people analytics is a strong advantage
