YOUR FUTURE TEAM
In a Team of 5 HR Tech Project Managers, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the "People Costs" strategic transformation - one of L'Oréal's most ambitious HR-Finance initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Pigment, our new EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platform, and become its IT Owner once the solution goes live, ensuring its long-term stability, evolution, and governance
What you'll do

* Project Management: you will be the IT lead the end-to-end implementation of our new EPM ( Pigment) projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Integration & Data Migration Management: you will lead the design, execution, and validation of all integration streams between Pigment and HR/Finance upstream/downstream systems; own the data migration strategy, ensuring data quality, completeness, and traceability throughout all project phases and beyond.
* Business Data Requirements (Support): you'll collaborate with HR and Finance business stakeholders to capture and translate reporting and data needs into functional specifications, ensuring that the solution accurately reflects operational realities.
* IT Ownership & Application Governance: once deployed, you will act as the IT Owner of the Pigment EPM application - define and enforces the application roadmap, manage vendor relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and oversee the overall lifecycle of the solution post go-live.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

* Proven experience (5-10 years) in IT project management, with a strong focus on ERP/EPM implementation projects and application ownership in HRIS landscape.
* Demonstrated expertise in system integration design and data migration in complex, multi-system environments.
* Experience working on HR or Finance digital transformation projects; knowledge of EPM tools (Pigment or equivalent) is a strong plus.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
* Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for driving impactful, large-scale projects.
* A Master's degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
