Product Information Master (fixed-term contract)

Want to join a fast-moving company, among hard-working and convivial teams and build further momentum in Digital Acceleration? We are looking for a Product Information Master starting as soon as possible for 6 months (renewable contract) ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

The context
Product Cloud is a very important initiative by the Group to share consistent product information with our customers and consumers serving all the traditional channels, routes to market and growing E-Commerce and Direct to consumer channels.
Product Cloud aims to provide visibility on the entire product catalogue, provide a structure to manage quality of product data and digital content and ensure compliance, accuracy and transparency to all internal & external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of Master Data Management in a global organization with focus on content usage and process optimization, data and workflows analysis as well as support to local users. Equally important are the change management initiatives for adoption and training to all internal stakeholders to use Product Cloud more efficiently.

Your key missions
Technical Knowledge
* Directing day-to-day master data management activities to serve the local and global needs of users and tools
* Acting as an expert associated with the content and processes and procedures involved.
* Managing global data governance policies to assure transparency and data consistency across all stakeholders.
* Working closely with functional and technical teams in delivering and enforcing the development and design of the MDM platform

Training & Change management
* Building, sustaining, and supporting the community of MDM users; and preparing customised training program and relevant use cases for all internal stakeholders to make it efficient for them to use and propagate Product Cloud. This involves efficient communication and building new content for training and ability to conduct those trainings.
* Taking decisions regarding training, answering queries, acting on queries requirements and making Market Companies and Brand Companies agree to change

Auditing & Data Cleansing
* Take a leading role in the data admin organization, staying in charge of keeping master data processes aligned to the business needs
* Auditing data and facilitating resolution

Perform UAT
* Subject matter expert to test new functionalities being rolled out to affiliates

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don't wait to apply!
* You hold a bachelor's degree, ideally major in IT (tech), supply chain or communication.
* You have first experiences in these related areas, especially in internal community management.
* You have excellent communication skills : you are comfortable with public speaking.
* You are fluent in English, intermediate French would be a plus.
* You have a good command of Microsoft Office Pack.
