⭐ Mission: Join us as a Corporate Development Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects such as managing and integrating high-stakes M&A projects at (COMPANY NAME), contributing to (COMPANY NAME)'s success. Under the guidance of Louis, this new team member will be in charge of transformational initiatives to ensure a robust corporate set-up and build internal knowledge while scaling the organization.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Corporate Development Project Manager at (COMPANY NAME), you will:
* Lead and execute major corporate development projects from A to Z, including post-merger integrations.
* Collaborate effectively with various departments (Strategy, Legal, Finance, Growth, Product, People, etc.) to ensure organizational alignment, execution, and ultimately project success.
* Drive strategic problem-solving across business functions, enhancing our capability to tackle complex challenges.
* Develop and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

🤝 About your future manager:
* Louis has over a decade of experience in strategic roles within the banking and fintech sectors. He has a strong focus on strategic execution while maintaining attention to detail and pragmatism.
* Committed to fostering a learning environment and encouraging team members to take initiative and grow their professional skills.

🏅 About You:
* Proven experience in leading large-scale corporate development projects, ideally in post-merger integrations, preferably in Fintech, SaaS companies, Business Consultancies or Financial Services industries.
* Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communicator with a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration in a scale-up and international environment.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and product and tech would be highly appreciated.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) being highly advantageous.
