We are looking for passionate Store Manager with retail experiences for our new flagship store opening soon in Paris.

Your aim is to ensure the accomplishment of customer satisfaction, commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, etc.), and brand development in line with company's commercial targets.

In this role, your key activities are:

1. Customer satisfaction and commercial targets

- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a client centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
- Being knowledgeable on past and present season product - well versed in brand history, seasonal inspiration, fit and fabrics.
- Staying on top of fashion trends & industry updates.
- Drive and maximize sales performances.
- Propose and develop business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.

2. Team Leader

- Follow up with every team member on their objectives in order to develop behavior, performance and capabilities.
- Enhance team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff.
- Plan the store schedule planning in accordance with peak business hours, ensuring customer traffic and demand can be met with the right employees at the right time

3. Store Management

- Supervising and coordinating inventory activities and ensuring correct and efficient stock management.
- Ensuring compliance of the store image with the Visual Merchandising guidelines provided.
- Guaranteeing store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cooperate for the organization of brand's events - 5 years + retail experience preferably from a luxury retail environment.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French and in English. Knowledge of Korean is a plus
- Full understanding of specialty retail and store operations
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and a committed self-starter with a "can do" attitude
