YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: - Within the Group, you will join the Group Compliance department and more precisely the Group Anti-Money Laundering as Group KYC / c360 Program Management Officer. In light of the exciting opportunities presented by AXA's new strategic plan, it is essential to recognize that accurate and complete KYC is not only a regulatory requirement but also a critical commercial imperative. As regulatory scrutiny intensifies and requirements increase under new EU rules, having accurate data and a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers becomes increasingly important. In this context, the Compliance and Data teams have launched the ambitious KYC/C360 Program. This initiative aims to align our compliance efforts with commercial objectives, ultimately leading to enhanced customer insights and streamlined processes across various entities in both the EU and Asia. In that context, you will: Be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple entity related KYC /c360 projects, Help installing governance and reporting with key stakeholders for an effective portfolio management enabling timely delivery and arbitrage while securing budget, Act as a primary liaison between various stakeholders, including compliance, data governance, IT, entities and business units, to ensure alignment and facilitate communication throughout the program, Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program and monitor progress against these metrics to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement, Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability. Provide regular status reports to senior management on program progress and challenges, Support business initiatives owners in translating business needs into IT requirements within structured projects, Ensure financial follow-up expenses/spending for the Program, Prepare and ensure Program´s passage through Group Strategic Projects Committee Gates, Identify potential risks and issues related to KYC and C360 initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
