Reporting to an experienced Product Manager, you will work closely with Business Owners (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Finance) and all functions from the Tech & Product Team (Product designers, fellow POs, Software Engineers, QA testers).

✨ Your key missions
* Contribute to the Discovery phase of key projects: user research, benchmark, quantitative analysis, etc
* Collect and synthetize pain points and needs, co-design solutions and translate them into functional specifications
* Work hand in hand with a Product Designer to uncover problems and opportunities and craft elegant solutions
* Drive the delivery of new features, from specifications to deployment, working daily with the Software Engineers of your team
* Ensure the efficiency of delivery and quality of the released features
* Be the voice of the Users and embody the Product across the organization

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* You are fluent in English and French
* You have at least two years of experience in a Product role
* You have excellent organizational and project management skills
* You have a strong analytical mindset: you like uncovering patterns and opportunities by analyzing different sources of insights (qualitative, quantitative)
* You love solving problems and bringing value to Users
* You are detailed-oriented and like to craft perfect specifications and user stories
* You have both a good business sense and a taste for Design and Tech
* You have empathy and strive to serve our Users
* You have a good eye for UX/UI, and strive to deliver top quality product
* You are a team player and enjoy working closely with your team mates
