We are seeking individuals to train medical staff and advise customers on how to optimize their use of Dragon Medical One. * Master Dragon Medical One
* Prepare and perfect training materials, especially with the release of new features and product enhancements
* Plan and deliver training sessions, both on site and remotely
* Advise customers on how to use Dragon Medical One to document more effectively, including process optimization and the use of advanced features
* Demonstrate empathy and the ability to understand the needs and concerns of trainees. Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and active learning. Adapt training to different learning styles. Show a genuine passion for the subject matter and a desire to help others learn and succeed.
* Support key end-users
* Conduct webinars
* Coordinate with Project Managers and Customer Success Executives

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies experience
* OR equivalent experience.
* Business verbal and written French language skills, and business level fluency in English.
* Open to travel.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technologies, System Engineering, Information Systems AND 6+ years training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, networking, cloud, or computer technologies with a focus on in-depth learning of technology systems experience
* OR equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of the healthcare IT market (EHR, RIS/PACS, working in a hospital setting).
