About the job

As Biosamples Lead - Vaccines within our Global Immunology team, you will have primary accountability for tracking and maintaining biospecimens from collection through clinical testing and final repository. You will interface with PPD central laboratories, manage key dashboards, and support Late Stage Immunoleads in ensuring on-time delivery of key immunological readouts across multiple clinical programs. You will coordinate logistical operations and contribute to authoring key documents to support external clinical testing and assay development. Ready to get started?

Key Responsibilities:

* Interface with PPD central lab personnel and databases to provide ongoing status updates, escalate critical alerts, and close sample-related queries
* Support and coordinate logistical operations including study startup activities, sample management, clinical testing, purchasing, and import of related reagents
* Maintain dashboards across multiple Sanofi Vaccines programs, providing comprehensive portfolio view and ensuring on-time delivery of external clinical data
* Track and problem-solve across multiple steps in external clinical testing process and coordinate shipment of clinical samples to external testing labs
* Lead and contribute to transversal meetings with clinical trial managers, PPD central lab personnel, and data managers to ensure 100% reconciliation of clinical sample identity
* Contribute to authoring key documents including PPD Central Lab Specifications, Lab Manuals, Analytical Test Plans, and close-out documentation for Health Authority submissions

About you

Experience:

* Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in pharma R&D, with understanding of GXP practices and procedures.
* Experience in both early phase product development and clinical stage analyses, with familiarity with clinical or sample databases and inventory management

Technical and Soft Skills:
* Familiarity with laboratory testing regulations internally and externally (CROs), project management and computer skills.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets to build, maintain, and optimize Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong determination, proficient verbal and written communication, organizational and team management skills, and proven ability to implement new procedures and processes

Education: Master's degree in immunology, microbiology, virology, or biochemistry

Languages: Fluent English and French (written and spoken)

The salary range for this position is :EUR38 560,00 - EUR51 413
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
