As a Modeling Lead within the Modeling Team of our Global HEVA function, you'll design industry-leading predictive and economic models that quantify the value of our products and shape strategic decisions across development and market access.

Main responsibilities :
* Provide visionary and creative leadership for the Global Health Economics & Value Assessment (HEVA) Economic Modeling group, designing and delivering high-quality cost-effectiveness and budget impact models that meet the needs of payers and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) authorities in a timely manner
* Lead early economic modeling and 'what-if' analyses to provide strategic input to development design and pricing strategy, in close collaboration with Value & Access and HEVA Business Partners to determine model requirements and timelines
* Advance the use of integrated quantitative approaches, focusing on economic, disease, and predictive modeling and simulation, in partnership with other internal groups and external organizations
* Lead the Economic Platform workstream for allocated projects, managing external vendors and being accountable for all development and validation work required
* Support individual markets with model adaptation and provide advanced methodological guidance for local HTA submissions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure robust economic evidence supports pricing and market access decisions, while translating complex health economics concepts into actionable messages for business-critical decisions
* Monitor the latest developments in health economic modeling and the HTA/Payers environment, and actively contribute to advancing modeling methodology in the Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) community

About you
Experience:
* Proven track record and demonstrated expertise (mini 5 years) in HEOR disciplines including data analyses, health economic methodology and modeling, medical and statistical scientific methodology, scientific publication record, decision modeling, and input to clinical trials/observational studies
* Documented experience in design and successful execution of state-of-the-art modeling techniques (including mathematical modeling) and in delivering health economic models for reimbursement in Europe, US and other Asian markets (Australia, Taiwan, Japan, etc.)
* Proven track record in constructing and using models for internal decision-making and use with payers
* Documented experience in early modeling for internal decision-making supporting portfolio strategy
* Experience working across several therapeutic areas, including rare disease
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to synthesize quantitative data
* Clear understanding of payer contexts and HTA requirements
* Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex analyses for diverse audiences
* Strong customer focus, team spirit, and project management capabilities
* Out-of-the-box thinking to conceptualize models with heterogeneous evidence

Education:
* Degree in Statistics and/or Health Economics
* PhD in Economics, Health Economics, (Pharmaco)epidemiology, or related field is a plus
Languages:
* English fluent, both written and oral
