Acceleration Manager Dairy

The Dairy Acceleration Manager is responsible for the transformation of market & consumer info into the development and implementation of brand strategies for the Dairy brands of Danone, namely Activia, HiPRO, Danette, Danonino & Super Mario, in order to reach the targeted sales & share level and defined brand KPIs.

Duties & responsibilities
* Lead the development, coordination and implementation of the Brand strategy for the country
* Create and execute the yearly Brand Plans
* Lead portfolio management: manage new product launches/re launches, run internal project processes, prepare briefs and monitor development of label artwork
* Lead the development of brand activations (ATL & BTL)
* Analyze brand performance & initiate corrective plans when required
* Run tracking & reporting: P&L ownership & analysis, market & competition analysis, internal performance analysis, etc. Manage A&P budget. Lead category and Brand market research
* Liaise with internal (demand planning, finance, global marketing) & external (creative, ATL/BTL & media, market research agencies, etc) stakeholders
* Inspire trust, passion & winning attitude throughout the organization
* Manage & coach a marketing professional & support their development to further grow within the organization

Education & Experience Requirements
* University degree in marketing & MBA or comparable
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in brand management, ideally in a multinational organization
* Experience in portfolio & project management, ATL & BTL activations, creative briefing & strategic planning
* Experience in people management
* Affinity with dairy category will be considered an asset

* Problem solving capabilities & agility
* Fluent in Greek & English & computer literate
