About the opportunity

We're looking for a Business Insights & Analytics Lead who can turn ambiguous business questions into clear, defensible recommendations for our C-level and senior stakeholders. You'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy and commercial decision-making, owning analysis across our domains (Marketing, Logistics, Commercial, etc.) and acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Management.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real influence. Your job is to define the questions worth asking, structure the analysis that answers them and shape how leadership thinks about performance, customers and growth.

What you'll do:
* Own and lead analysis across one or more business domains (Marketing, Logistics, Commercial, etc.), delivering structured presentations and clear recommendations to Senior Management
* Act as a trusted analytical advisor to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, shaping strategic hypotheses and guiding critical commercial decisions through data-driven insight
* Use advanced analytical techniques and data science to explain performance drivers, diagnose root causes and pinpoint the actions that will move key business metrics.
* Work independently to identify and deliver impactful work that aligns with business goals and metrics, operating with minimal guidance
* Communicate findings in presentations that land with non-technical audiences, with a strong narrative and a clear "so what"
* Define and refine KPIs with stakeholders so the business measures what actually matters
* Proactively identify high-impact business & commercial opportunities and shape the team's roadmap accordingly

Hungry enough to join us?

What you need to be successful

* 6+ years in data analysis, data science, business insights or a related field (consulting, business performance, commercial analytics and similar backgrounds welcome), with a track record of presenting to senior or executive audiences
* Advanced SQL and experience progressing analytical work with a degree of independence, able to take a defined problem and drive it forward, knowing when and how to seek input.
* Strong structured thinking. You can take a vague question, work out what matters, form a hypothesis and iterate toward an answer without waiting for perfect requirements
* Hands-on experience with data science techniques like segmentation, regression and predictive modelling using R or Python
* Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI or a similar tool
* A confident communicator who can adapt the message for a data team one hour and a C-level forum the next
* Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and balancing multiple priorities
