YOUR ROLE
For the role of Network Distant Sales Agent, we are looking for an experienced and self-driven professional to join our Network Distant Sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to partners over the phone, and you will be directly responsible to develop and implement growth opportunities in the market. If you are the ideal candidate, you must be an active listener and in parallel an outstanding communicator with a professional and also friendly approach.
* Great management of the available accounts
* Managing the existing portfolio of partners to present our solutions
* Communicate with partners to deeply understand their business needs
* Promote solutions based on partners' needs and company strategy
* Ensure partner's retention and cross/up sell
* Keep an updated customer database
* Measure identified KPIs
* Update partners' records
* Prepare and present achievements and KPIs

YOUR PROFILE
* A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
* 2-3 years of experience as inside sales agent (preferably in the HoReCa segment)
* Proven track record of sales quota over the phone
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM, Sales software) and MS Office
* Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written communication)
* Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability and willingness to learn about solutions and benefits specifications
* Friendly personality
* Team player
* Prioritization and time-management skills
* Continuous learning and development
