Inviting applications for the role of Billing Analyst!

In this role, you will handle delivery operations from the process of responsibility. Processing, checking and reconciling transactional operations according to the instructions and standards while assuring quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction and adherence to the principles of the service.

Responsibilities

* Responsible of revenue posting and controlling, invoice delivery and submission according to SLA compliance
* Conducts flight audits for billing status completion and flight analysis for reconciliation as well as billing paperwork saving
* Direct communication with customer by providing solutions and handling disputes
* Collaborates in the team operational performance process, quality, compliance and business partner satisfaction
* Responsible to execute consistent service operational - delivery for the process scope
* Collaborates in continuous improvement and Lean philosophy in the team process (creation Kaizen ideas and Six Sigma project application)
* Works in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy/ Compliance at all times
* Takeover of additional tasks when required

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

* Billing clerk experience, handling billing process, invoice generation, discrepancies, re-classifications. Internship or trainee programs regarding invoices analysis and reconciliation
* Intermediate / Advanced command of English, both written and spoken. B1
* Good command of all Windows applications

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
* Studies in international business, Business Management, Accounting or economics related
* Knowledge about SAP software, ARIS, CBASE billing solutions
