Job Description:
Drive the in-store Rituals brand experience to the next level and delight customers around the globe!
At Rituals, every touchpoint matters. Our Visual Merchandising team turns our philosophy into reality by creating spaces that combine precision, consistency, and emotion. From perfumeries to department stores, every shop-in-shop is designed to make an impact and connect with customers around the world.
As Visual Merchandise Specialist within our Retail, Wholesale & Travel team, you will be the driving force behind how our brand comes to life across international Retail stores and shop-in-shops. You'll translate our DNA into impactful, commercial visual executions that work seamlessly across diverse markets.
For 40 hours per week, you will:
* Create designs, development, and optimisation of product presentations for global Retail stores and shop-in-shops, shelf plans, and promotional spaces.
* Advisor to Retail, Wholesale & Travel, Concept Development, and Marketing, aligning design direction with commercial and brand strategy.
* Drive cross-market visual consistency by setting clear VM standards and ensuring smooth execution through regional teams.
* Test, refine, and validate concepts in our VM Lab, providing feedback that shapes future collections and campaigns.
* Anticipate trends in customer behaviour and translate them into commercially sound design solutions.
Qualifications:
High on energy, low on ego, and little bit of humour. You combine creative thinking with analytical precision and global business awareness. You're at your best when connecting strategy and execution, working independently, and influencing key stakeholders. On top of this, you have:
* 2-4 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally across Wholesale, Travel Retail, or premium FMCG environments.
* Proven ability to advise and influence internal and external stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels.
* Strong commercial mindset with a balance of creativity, structure, and operational excellence.
* Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and IWD preferred.
* Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
You'll join a dynamic Visual Merchandising Operations team of 10, working closely with Concept Development and Marketing. Together, you'll design, implement, and optimise shelf plans and promotional tables that define the iconic Rituals experience.
We launch over a dozen new products each year, so adaptability and speed are key. You'll contribute to innovative solutions that keep our brand fresh, consistent, and relevant across all markets.
