Job Description

Excellent opportunity to join Kraft Heinz Eastern Europe Business unit Team, leading the FP&A and Zero Based Budgeting agenda.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and consolidate financial Month End closure
* Prepare and share the key financial reports to the Business Team with Actual results and Forecast updates
* Lead the ZBB Agenda through constant challenge and control of indirects budget
* Manage the Month Performance Review deck preparation & Forecast Commitment meeting update
* Be a partner to CEO/CFO for any performance related quarries
* Actively drive the Automation / Finance Transformation agenda within the Company
* Build strong network within Zone FP&A community to gather best practices and insights

Requirements:
* 5 years of expertise in Finance function (FP&A / Commercial finance preferably)
* Advanced Excel / Power Point knowledge skills
* Basic understanding of SAP system
* Ability to process / visualise / simplify big data
* Developed presentation skills / Story telling (presentation to Leadership Team)
* Desire and wish to improve / simplify processes and tasks.
