Role

Tétris Deisgn & Build is looking for a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work on several Corporate Office and Commercial sector Interior / Fit Out / Refurbishment projects.

What this job involves
* Excellent take-off skills are required from both accuracy and speed perspectives.
* Preparation of Budget estimates.
* Preparation of procurement documentation.
* Tender evaluations.
* Preparation of contract Documents.
* Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.
* Review costs in conjunction with budgets.
* Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork.
* Attending design team meetings.
* Be a strong team player and have the willingnesss to learn.
* Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times.

Sound like you? To apply, you need to be/have:
* Relevant Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Experience in Interior fit-out / Partitioning / Refurbishment projects is preferred but not essential..
* Corporate Real Estate / Commercial Office projects would be an advantage.
* Willingness and desire to learn and take on responsibility.
